About Thomas
It all started with my first Nikon Nikkormat 35mm.
Gifted to me for my 15th birthday, that classic camera planted a seed of curiosity I’d spend much of my life exploring.
Many years (and cameras) later, I reside in the low country of South Carolina, surrounded by the crisp Atlantic Ocean, freshwater rivers, and a vast landscape with a robust ecosystem. These elements have provided incredible inspiration for me and have become a focus of my work. But my inspiration reaches far beyond the low country.
I’ve spent much of my life traveling the world and have had the opportunity to visit some incredible places both near and far. From the planes of Tanzania to the granite cliffs of Yosemite National Park, finding magic in the world both near and far has led me to my passion for photography. It has become one of my greatest joys in life (in addition to my beautiful wife, two daughters, and three grandchildren), and I’m thrilled to share it with you.
